The China Ministry of Commerce and China General Administration of Customs issued a new policy on 14 December 2006 to prohibit the export of crude sand under H.S.Code 2505100000 and 2505900000 from 01 March 2007.
The export to Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan will be stipulated later. Before the new rule comes on, the policy will be same as the above.
2505100000 is for silica sand and quartz sand, 2505900000 is for other crude sands. Until now, it is the 4th lot export prohibition list. We hope any relative buyers will pay attention to this new policy.
